Where are your products manufactured? Were your pods designed for North American market?

Our office pods are manufactured in Canada (Delta, BC), and were designed in Canada specifically for the North American market.

Where can I see your office pods?

We have a showroom in Delta, BC (Metro Vancouver). Feel free to reach out to us to book an appointment.

Do you offer a warranty on your office booths?

We offer a standard 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all our office

Do you offer shipping? How much does it cost?

Yes, we do ship across Canada and to the USA. To get a quote, please contact our sales team.

Electrical Equipment

Are there any special power requirements for your office booths?

No, all our office booths can be easily connected to a standard electrical 120V three-prong power outlet. The length of the power cord is approximately 9 feet.

How many power outlets are inside your office pods?

Each office pod is equipped with at least two 120V three-prong power outlets and USB slots.

Does electrical equipment meet CSA certification requirements?

Yes, all electrical equipment used in our office phone booths, micro-office pods, and meeting rooms is CSA/cULus listed.

Is it possible to control lights and ventilation in your office booths?

We intentionally install manual switches for lights and ventilation in our pods, because, in compare with motion sensors, they provide better control, more reliable, and don’t turn off lights/ventilation unexpectedly.

What type of lighting is in your office pods?

Our office pods are equipped with energy efficient 4000K LED, which provide more than 1800Lm of brightness. Some models come with 2(4)-zone dimmable LED lighting and touch panel to control it.

Other Technical Questions

Do you install door locks on your pods?

For safety reasons as well as to avoid any violation of local Building Code/Fire Code we do not install any locks on our pods. Spring-loaded hinges/magnets ensure proper door closing.

What are your office booths made out of?

Our office pods are made of aluminum, stainless steel, plywood, MDF, acoustic felt and acrylic.
